The deed is clear. The property taxes are $97.42 per year (no this isn't a misprint). The taxes are due on September 1. I have already paid it. I have a copy of the plat (survey) of the property. At this price you are paying all of the fees associated with the transfer of this property,This is cheap compared to vacant land closer to Summersvile.
