JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will implement security requirements and support the
FISMA 2010 process in accordance with NIST, IRS Internal Revenue Manual (IRM),
and Law Enforcement Manual (LEM) standards, policies and procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Knowledge of NIST standards, OMB mandates,
FISMA 2010 Enterprise Continuous Monitoring (eCM)
and Information Technology Contingency Planning (ITCP).
Broad knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating systems, IIS and Apache web services,
SQL and Oracle databases, Security Policies and Procedures Development,
Security Assessment, Security Infrastructure Design/Analysis, Technical Writing,
Strong Communicator, SDLC, ITIL and other common frameworks.
TCP/IP networking skills and basic knowledge of computer operating systems.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree
and 5 or more years of related experience
in the certification and accreditation of information systems.
· 8 years related experience in the certification and accreditation
of information systems may be used in lieu of degree requirement.
