Role Description
CSDC has an exciting opportunity in our Madison office for a motivated and results-driven professional who will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of services to our clients. Knowledge of project management principles
and databases is a must. This position offers excellent development and career growth potential with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a key member of an integrated business consulting team and will be responsible for the following activities:
Responsible for the execution and delivery of AMANDA solutions.
Prepare, execute and close business analysis sessions with clients.
Create, review, support and receive sign-off for analysis documentation.
Participate in product configuration and unit testing.
Prepare, coordinate and conduct testing and quality assurance tasks within the project.
Prepare and deliver user training session.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions.
Manage multiple deadlines and milestones.
Monitor progress and report status updates to CSDC Project Manager, track and communicate issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Assist in RFP response, Sales demos and Marketing activities.
Effectively communicate with clients.
Required Skills
Working knowledge of Oracle and MS-SQL relational databases.
Ability to write and debug PL/SQL and T-SQL.
Self-motivated, work effectively as a team member or alone when required
Demonstrated problem resolution ability.
Ability to manage your own time effectively and work on tasks with competing priority.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a desire to interact daily with clients and the dedication to provide superior customer service.
Able to frequently travel between Canada, USA and Caribbean.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience as a business analyst or consultant.
Knowledge of JSP, Java Script, HTML, XML and CSS.
