Responsibilities include:* Ensuring a quality dining experience for our residents.
* Supervising the day to day operations of the dining room.
* Scheduling, managing, and training of dining room employees.
* Overseeing billing of resident food charges.
* Setup for special events and functions
We seek the following qualifications:
* H.S. Diploma or GED required.
* Must possess strong communication skills, be able to multi-task.
* Proven Management experience.
* Scheduling experience and budget/financial comprehension required.
* This individual will need to be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a senior population.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
* Computer proficiency required.
* SERV-SAFE Certified a preferred but not required.
* Ability to handle resident complaints and to be able to solve problems that arise
* Seeking a team player with creative ideas and decision making skills.
