DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS – Skilled Nursing Facility, Southeast FloridaThis South Florida-based Skilled Nursing Facility seeks an experienced Admissions Director to handle 100+admissions/discharges per month
Requirements
• Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations as well as reimbursement (Managed Care, Medicare and Medicaid) with regard to skilled nursing facility
• Working knowledge of admission paperwork completion process
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess close professional relationships within the medical and general community
• Effective occupancy/bed management skills
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
• Record of Strategic Sales Plan development and implementation
• Positive team player
• Fluent in English
