I am looking for work. I have the following experience.

Secretary I:

Perform a variety of clerical and secretarial work necessary for the smooth operation of an assigned office; dictation, typing, and filing as a majority of my responsibilities; processes a variety of routine paperwork necessary for the office operation; prepare minutes for meetings; file and record information; answer the phone and provide general information regarding the office operation and services; organize and process incoming/outgoing mail for the assign area; receives and process, and gift-in-kind.

Office Manager:

Provide general information regarding the office operation and services; receive all calls for referral and handle admission based on intake criteria as set forth by director; assist the director in scheduling and presenting the message of the shelter to the community; assist with appointments and evaluation of all staff and volunteers; delegate various responsibilities to various staff members; perform other duties as requested by the director.

Computer Skills:

Knowledge about Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Etc.)
Equipment ability with computer calculator, Facsimile Machine, Photocopy Machine,
and 5-10 phone system.
