Need/Want to Work

I take care of my grandmother, and suffer from bipolar disorder/depression. I wan, and more, I need to work. I am not able to work a regular shift most times due to taking care of my grandmother. She does take a lot of time. But I have a lot of timeI am hoping that there may be someone able to work around me having to occassionally having to leave to take care of my grandmother.
I thought that maybe there would be a store that is in need of someone to assist customers in taking their carts to the car, maybe help with their shopping, etc. I thought maybe this could be like a waiter position, where it would be available to all customers, and a tip given when the customer is able/chooses to.
I also can do lawn care, but I hope to find something more stable. I can cut and edge yards, cleaning, hauling, weeds, etc. I have all needed equipment.
My depression does not keep me from working, but not being able to work does make the depression worse. I just wanted to be upfront about my situation. Usually if I mention the depression I would never get a call back to work. I do NOT want to have to get a check for not being able to work. Yes, this is a disability, but mostly because it scares people and they dont give a person a chance. I think that is what I am asking for.
My grandmother is 84 and a disabled veteran by definition, as my grandfather was. I am only asking for a chance. If anyone knows of anything, please keep me in mind. I look forward to any opportunity that may come along.
Very willing and able to learn given the opportunity if something else should come along.
I can also make advertising fliers and pass out for businesses - lawn care, roofing, restaurants, etc.
Willing and able to do/learn most anything.
