Position: OFFICE MANAGERAs an office manager you will enjoy a professional working atmosphere and the opportunity to build a career being a part of a forward thinking, innovative company which provides a substantial client base with which to work. Office hours are from 7am-3:30pm.
Responsibilities:
* Direct management and supervision of the Business office.
* Monitoring efficiency levels within the business.
* Invoicing and Billing.
* Bookkeeping.
* Assists in performing orientation for all new employees.
* Payroll
Requirements:
* Minimum of one year of recent of management experience required
(other considerations will be made based on non-management experience and desire to excel).
* Knowledge of Payroll processing and office management required.
* Associate's Degree preferred (will provide specific training).
* Computer skills with Microsoft programs as well as specialized software.
* Quickbooks Software knowledge.
* Ability to multitask.
* Positive attitude and flexibility are essential.
* Knowledge of Tax filing, TWC and IRS report development.
* Minimum 25 wpm typing.
