Your time will be divided between local tasks at the center with the children and international tasks for the whole of the International Humanity Foundation. Responsibilities include overseeing the teachers and classes, preparing financial reports, giving tasks to international volunteers, communicating with village leaders to find the neediest children, helping children write letters to their sponsors, taking photos and other tasks. You must speak and write English and Bahasa and have good computer and leadership skills. Furthermore, you must not give up easily and be prepared to work with the local community.
