Part-Time Housekeeper Needed

Our family (husband, wife, son, 17 and daughter, 12) is in need of a mature individual for housekeeping to work 2 days a week for 2 hours each day. No laundry or cooking is required (at this time). A list of duties will be prepared for housekeeper prior to their arrival each visit. Duties will include and be divided up according to needs: cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, window sills (monthly), baseboards (some weekly), and mini blinds (monthly, sweeping and mopping floors as well as vaccumming(each visit), occassionally wiping walls and cabinets (as needed), cleaning exterior of appliances and interior of refrigerator, ect.Potential individual must be tolerant of animals but, will not be responsible to clean their kennels. You must be well organized, honest and dependable with reliable transportation.
I would prefer the cleaning be done on Tuesdays and Fridays before lunch however, I can be flexible and work with the right person.I do not want the days to be back to back.
We pay $8.00 per hour to start and in 60 days a raise for the right person.
I will not tolerate someone being on a cell phone or smoking while at my home. We are reasonable people who will appreciate their employee, all we ask for is that you respect us and our home and do what you are paid to do.
