Job Responsibilities:* Completing daily and monthly reconciliation, research, and follow through for assigned accounts
* Analyzing and recording all appropriate debit and credit adjustments
* Acting as liaison between banks, Central Sales Audit, Treasury, Check Collections, Payroll for all financial and operating issues
* Challenging procedures for compliance and efficiency in an effort to reduce outstanding items and bank service charges
* Analyzing and recording reconciling entries to the appropriate account
* Responsible for the identification, accounting and reporting related to the reconciliations performed
Skills Required:
* 3 years experience performing detailed reconciliations of billing or accounts receivable activities
* 4 year accounting degree
* Experience with genera ledger journal entries
* Experience with reconciliations of billing information in an insurance related environment
