Description
Direct Selling Field Sales Position. As a contractor for Onecaboodle™ we sell and promote Onecaboodle™ products/services with a focus on homeowners faced with pre-foreclosures and foreclosures. You will have the satisfaction of providing individuals in a crises state solutions to more time and more options in there home.
Prospecting and direct selling of Onecaboodle™ products directly to consumers through unlimited lead sources.
Managing lead lists to achieve sales goals.
Effectively develop rapport with customers. Evaluate customer needs, make recommendations and follow through with the sales process resulting in a customer sale.
Demonstrate professional conduct and appearance.
Requirements
• Previous direct sales experience a must.
• Real Estate and Insurance Agents or in home sales a plus.
• Strong focus on customer, planning/organization, and sales ability.
• Preferred thorough understanding of the foreclosure process.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends if needed.
• Ability to work outdoors during all seasons in the Greater Hillsborough, Polk and Orange county.
