Under general direction, organizes, prepares, and conducts complex training and educational programs for information systems or user personnel. May design and develop in-house programs. Maintains records of training activities, employee progress, and program effectiveness. Competent to work at the highest levels of all phases of information systems training.Knowledge in:
*Dreamweaver, Flash or Javascript to develop courseware & instructional materials.
*Web based tools: HTML or XML
*Excellent writing & communication skills
*Needs Analyisis
*Storyboarding
*Group Presentations
*Knowledge of military structure & procedure preferred.
*Bachelor's degree preferred.
*Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
