Telephone Support Representative⢠$9.25 an hour
⢠$10.00 after 90 days

West is now hiring Telephone Support Representatives to provide incoming sales assistance and customer support for one of our primary clients. This client is the largest communications holding company in the United States and worldwide, by revenue. Operating globally, this corporation is recognized as the leading worldwide provider of IP-based communications services to businesses, and the leading U.S. provider of wireless, high speed Internet access and local and long distance voice.
Qualifications:
⢠6 months of customer service experience required
⢠Sales experience required, call center experience preferred
⢠Proven longevity with a single employer
⢠Strong computer skills
⢠Ability to work flexible schedules, which includes at least one weekend day
⢠Demonstrated verbal / presentation skills
⢠Must be 18 years of age or older
⢠Must have High School diploma or GED
