Walter is a British lab I purchased to be my demo dog from a friends kennel. I also was looking to run hunt tests with him. At this time I don't think he has enough go for some of the things I would like to do with him which makes a better candidate for a great family pet. I do not want to sell him right away as I would like to tune up the training prior to sending him home with somebody. He is with me everyday and lives in my home and I train 3-5 dogs at a time in my home. I charge $2195 for two weeks of training and his litter went for $1500. He has been in training with me for a few months now and if I find the right home I will sell him or keep him as my second pet and get a demo dog this spring. He comes with all the commands, on and off leash, completely reliable to come every time he is called, crate trained, no accidents ever in the home, not a barker, and good looking, loves to swim and retrieve, comes with a dogtra remote trainer and two hour turnover for the new owner with follow up support if needed.He has also been introduced to birds and water in case you want to hunt with him or just have him retrieve for fun at the lake. You can avoid cleaning, puppy pains, destroyed items, runaways, sleepless nights, puppy classes (most are not great) early vet costs, so feel free to weigh the pros and cons. Take care.
