West is now hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide incoming service assistance for our client, who is now solely owned by the largest wireless company in the United States. With more than 62 million subscribers using the nation's largest digital voice and data network, our client is dedicated to providing customers with the quality of products and services to which theyâve grown accustomed fewest dropped calls, exclusive cell phones and mobile devices, cutting-edge technology, and a large selection of rate plans.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from Wireless customers regarding postpaid phone accounts. Some concerns will include: upgrading/downgrading plan information, assisting with programming voicemail, and troubleshooting minor technical issues such as gaining access to the Internet. In addition, you will assist with payment processing, and answering customer billing inquiries. West is seeking customer focused, team players, with a desire to succeed. A pre-employment drug screen will be required.
Must be 18 years of age or older and must have High School diploma or GED.
The starting wage for this position is $ 10.25 per hour, with an increase to $10.50 after 90 days. An additional production bonus is available.
